A firm, deep targeted massage that treats the deeper layers of muscles and tissues to reach the areas that are causing problems. It’s extremely effective at alleviating aches and pains, whether they’ve been caused by everyday postures and activities, or a sporting injury. It can warm muscles up before a sporting event and help the body recover more quickly afterwards. I’ll use a number of additional techniques to rebalance and correct the muscles, and may use needles and The Emmett Technique (which resets the fascia surrounding muscles) as needed.

Our bodies are always trying their best to heal themselves; they’re brilliant at knowing what they need, but we’re not always good at listening to them (or deciphering what they’re trying to tell us!). Kinesiologists ‘translate’ what your body requires to fix itself. We use gentle muscle testing to tune into our energy systems to detect imbalances and find out what our bodies need to restore balance, and return it to better working order.
Kinesiology looks way beyond our symptom/s to find the root cause of an issue, and addresses it at that point. It can help with a huge range of conditions, issues and irritations - both physical and mental, and can detect imbalances within the body before we even experience symptoms. This enables us to maintain optimal health and head-off issues before they arise and develop into something more troublesome.

This simple but extremely powerful technique identifies and releases negative emotions you've accumulated throughout your life. This can be as a result of trauma or upset, something that seemed insignificant at the time, or even something you were unaware of. Once felt, these emotions can stay held within us and affect us dramatically, sometimes for the rest of our lives. We can feel them physically - things like skin complaints and persistent aches, pain or tension, they can cause us to feel persistent anger, anxiety and fear, and even to have unhealthy relationships with food and eating, alcohol/substances, or to form other unhealthy habits.
